· Above long time qrusaders waxed philosophic fondly recalling the nostalgia of small group workouts and camaraderie during the early formative days
· Lucky on weather=> comforting light rain but no tornado, thunder or lightening
· Receiving full credit DST posted with an early train wreck program
Workout:
Warm-up routine
· Campos lap, stretching, side straddle hop
Bullpen (each drill 1 min) (repeat 3x)
· Body-weight squat, judo/hindu push-up, sprinter sit-ups
· Jumping lunges, burpees, plank
· Mtn climbers, push-up (3 flavors), dolly/flutter combo
Lurker Lap (push the hill)
Light post drill (2 times)
· Backwards, bear crawl, broad jumps, bounds
· Took a minute to speak with Mr Mays (Gx, sp?)
Steps (3 times)
· Preacher’s seat (30/60/30 seconds) at the top
· Incline push-ups and dips at bottom (10 each)
Deviation
· Authorized for Gx who re-tweaked his shoulder=>Hope it’s not bad, heal fast

· I have to claim the DA award for forgetting that I put my keys on the other side of my car. Big Al had the pleasure of laughingly bringing that to my attention. Regrettably, Gx saw this happen.
