Aye another skeleton crew gathered for some speedwork in the gloom.
The Faithful:
Red Warrior
Holtz
and
The Colonel (BHWTU)
The Thang:
Jog to MP Traditional track
4 fast (relative term) laps and 3 slow laps [alternating]
Jog back to CCPL
The times: Avg lap pace was around 1:30 led by Holtz. 1st lap was faster than the 4th.
Moleskin:
- Go Figure - Holtz spends a week on the dirt pounding Coronas and comes back faster than when he left.
