This is old school and quite okay
Giving thanks and respect for the soldiers who gave
Thank God for this nation and to stay free we pray

Warm up lap started it crackin' as usual
Then Nino went to work; 50 push ups : regular, wide arm, diamond, stagger right and stagger left
Went to baseball field and proceeded to snake jump the outfield fence.
Once was not enough, but two times did it. Nino looked like a line drive homer each pass.
Most of us were hoping for a little help from the breeze (baseball humor) Mizer was inventive and some of us
used his Spider Man type method. Great.
We then went to Campos for sprints: 50% down and 100% back a bunch of times.
Then lunges a million and after that knee ups.
And then Frog Leaps, followed by Flutter Kicks(low and high and no breaks in between)
Hello Dollies (Carol Channing impersonation not appreciated) (Q Ball said certain lines shouldn't be crossed)
Then to the parking lot. Along the way got schooled on the subject of Ringworm by Nico and Silence.Thx.
Proceeded with some Haynesworth sprints, half way, then three quarters of the lot. Soaking wet now.
After that we ran to the train for a couple of Wrecks(10,20,30) pull ups, push ups squats,
up Thompson's Regret, down the stairs,20 dips, back up stairs, 10 inverted push ups.
Ended with an Indian Run from the stairs, around the pond and back
continuing with a sprint finish to the bridge.
Angrus said we covered 2.8 miles so we did reign it in a little running wise.( shout out to Big Willie).
Great work by all.
Enjoyed sharing the torch with El Nino for the month of May 2011.
Looking forward to more,
Brixx
