The Thang:

Davy and The Cougar brought the team leadership effort.  They tried a little something different out of the chute by keeping all 36 PAX together for some modified side-saddle hops.  Then they split us into two groups.

                Davy

                                Run to Mustang  Track
¼-Track Sprint Circuits:  pull-ups, Merkins, Carolina Dry-Docks followed by    bleacher climbers
                                Six Minutes of Mary
                                Run back to ShovelFlag
                                Plankorama

                The Cougar

                                Run to Back Forty
                                Randorama
                                Modified Bunny Hops (for many—undoable)
                                Crab Walk
                                Bear Crawl
                                Two laps around min-track
                                Jacob’s Ladder (modified to 5)
                                Ramos’ Office
                                                One Legged Push-offs

NakedMan Moleskin:

1.       Good Problem to Have:  Having a tough time accounting for all 36 PAX who posted this AM.  Need a shout out from the Qrusader I missed.

2.       WarDaddy:  59 years old.  Aye.  TClaps.

3.       The Rock:  36?  You punk.  Hate you.

4.       Name Change Request:   Davy has requested a nickname change, citing his current name as (ahem) “stupid”.  Actually, he’s right about that, but I’m having a hard time coming up with something else.  Anybody out there have an idea?  Advise.  Advise.

5.       Sweepertee:  “New Girl” – by The Long Winters. A great throwback to Replacements-era indie rock (with emphasis on the rock vs. the indie)….”Twice you burned your life’s works. Once to start a new life….and once just to start a fire.”

6.       Today’s Chuck:  Chuck just returned from a vacation in Pakistan.
