Qrusade/Campos--5-7-11.Diddy Said Yes

Qrusaders,

Sorry for the delay. Here it is: 

Out of our inner sanctums and into the morning light
Qrusaders reported to the train to fight the good fight.
The headlights rolled in to strengthen  the list
The battle call was harkened and we ran through the mist.
Run run run chop chop chop
There's only one way to go and that's straight to the top!

Started out with a "Greatest American Hero" Belly stretch. Arms and feet in the air, GX tribute,alright!

Warm up lap and back to the train. 10- 20-30 pull ups, push ups squats
Around the train and up Thompson's Regret 20 Bicycles = 40 movements.
Down the steps 20 dips
Back up steps and to the amp. theater : Lunge up, Bear crawl up Backward run up, sprint up.
Plank at bottom then run to and through apocolypto then plank
Up the Lurker, 20 push ups and plank
Run to baseball field and hit the monkey bars
Run to top of pond, line up for Indian run. All the way around and back to bottom of steps.

After the running the fog lifted,and then ensued Nino the gifted!
Jump ups for one minute
Dips for one minute
Triangle jump ups for one minute

Regular push ups: (One push up + ten mtn climbers, Two pushups + ten mtn climbers. Up to five pushups).
Then Diamond push ups  and repeat succession.
Then Wide arm push ups and repeat.

Repeat wall work


Supines,Flutter kicks, Hello Dollies,Planks ( reg. and side)
