-Mega Burpee – 10 burpees with 5 pushups each (Regular/Diamond/Wide/Stagger L/Stagger R) Repeat
-Failed attempt at squat set with Pullups, quickly moving on
-Ladder – up Thompson’s Regret, down Punta Maya (whatever) Burpee, up TR down PM 2 Burpees, up to 7
-Wall – 20 incline push ups, 20 dips, 15 incline pushups and dips, 10 incline pushups and dips, 5 incline pushups and dips

Run up the steps, down the hills
Peacock Pull Up Bars – couple sets of 20 supines, 20 (40) bicycles, 20 jumping lunges, 20 pull ups
Run to the amphitheater – the 4 poles – Bear crawl, Shuffle Right, Shuffle Left, Sprint, repeat
Plank it out
Think that was it, if I missed something it was probably more running which most of you really love
Last weekend for me and the Rev. Not sure who’s in town but we’ll finish strong
